Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@shihiko.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, but we will do our best to help.

My order was marked as delivered but I haven't received it.

Please check around your property and with neighbors first, as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If your package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@shihiko.com with your order number and we will look into it.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We're sorry about that! Please contact us at support@shihiko.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How do I wash my Shihiko clothing?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang to dry. Do not bleach.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time includes both processing and shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by our team.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive and up to 5 business days for tracking to update. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shihiko.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over $200 USD for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

No. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties, taxes, and VAT are included in your order total at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, you're covered! Simply contact us at support@shihiko.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage and we'll take care of it. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, we will still do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee a resolution for lost or damaged packages.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

As of November 2024, Shihiko has partnered with Loop Returns to offer fast and simple returns or exchanges for purchases shipped within the United States. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition with original packaging, and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States. If you're looking to trade or sell your item, our Discord community has an active #trading channel where members buy, sell, and trade Shihiko merchandise.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you received a damaged item, please submit a return request at the link above, input your order information, and select QC as the return reason. Include all relevant order details and photographs of the damaged item — we cannot process replacements without photos.

Please note this policy excludes change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, and failure to report damage within the specified timeframe.
