By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
RETURN POLICY
As of November 2024, Shihiko has partnered with Loop Returns to offer fast and simple returns or exchanges for purchases shipped within the United States only.
Customers located in the United States may exchange or return their order so long as:
- Items are unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition, including original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria. Shihiko assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased directly from Shihiko.com.

RETURN PROCESSING FEE
Please note that there may be a Return Processing Fee imposed if choosing to return an item. The amount of the Return Processing Fee may vary depending on various factors.
The Return Processing Fee will be waived if:
- Instead of a return, an exchange is selected; or
- Instead of a refund to the original payment method, a store credit is requested.
TIMING
Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us. Please include all relevant order information in your contact request, including order number, purchase date, return date, and return tracking number.
REFUNDS
All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you return an item that was bought entirely or partially with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made using a gift card.
SHIPPING CHARGES
At this time, we do not offer refunds for any previously-paid shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of physical items purchased from Shihiko.com.
INTERNATIONAL (NON-U.S.) RETURNS
At this time, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for purchases shipped to locations outside the United States.
While we are unable to offer returns or exchanges to customers outside the United States, please note that you may join our Discord community’s #trading channel and inquire about buying, selling, or trading any merchandise. We have an active and engaged Discord community that has been buying, selling, and trading Shihiko merchandise since we started our journey!
REPEATED RETURNS
We offer quick and easy returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.
FINAL SALE
Any items purchased as Final Sale are non-returnable. Final sale items will be clearly marked with a disclaimer to provide notice to customers.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. If you received a damaged item, please submit a return request HERE, input your order information, and select QC as the return reason.
Be sure to include all relevant order details, as well as photographs of the damaged item(s). Under no circumstances will a damaged item be replaced without photographs of the original item received.
Please note that the Damaged Items policy excludes change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, and failure to report damage within the specified timeframe.
