By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
RETURN POLICY
All purchases from Shihiko are considered FINAL, and no returns or refunds will be issued. By proceeding with a purchase from Shihiko.com, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our Final Sale Policy.
While we are working on creating a uniform returns policy, please note that you may join our Discord community’s #trading channel and inquire about buying/selling/trading any merchandise. We have an active and engaged Discord community that has been buying/selling/trading Shihiko merchandise since we started our journey!
DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. If you received a damaged item, please contact support@shihiko.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Be sure to include all relevant order details, as well as photographs of the damaged item(s). Under no circumstances will a damaged item be replaced without photographs of the original item received.
Note: This policy excludes change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, and failure to report damage within the specified timeframe.
