At Shihiko, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and reliable shipping.
All shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Yun Express. In some cases, final mile delivery may be handled by a different carrier depending on your shipping destination. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. All prices, currencies, delivery times, and shipping charges will be adjusted based on your selected shipping country. We dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received. You will receive a tracking link with your shipment confirmation once your package leaves the warehouse.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIMES
"Delivery time" includes both processing time and shipping time. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays observed by our local team in China.

By making a purchase on Shihiko.com, you acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may have customs fees imposed when they arrive in your country, and those fees are your responsibility as the customer.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means duties, taxes, and VAT (Value Added Taxes) are included in your order total at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.
